My fellow truckers. Some of you are scaring the hell out of me. You’re driving too fast in adverse conditions such as heavy traffic, bad weather, and heavily populated areas. You’re weaving and bobbing in and out of traffic. You’re following too closely. In short, you are a disaster waiting to take place!
I’m just trying to keep you aware people. That semi that you navigate is not a motorcycle. It won’t stop on a”dime”. And whenever your rig is involved in an accident, it is prone to make a mess!
Please be aware that everytime you move your rig down the road, you are a target for law enforcement, especially the D.O.T. There are citizens who look to make money from being involved in accidents with trucks, not to mention the lawyers who are eager to assist them.
Remember that we are professionals, and that we are charged with setting an example to all our fellow motorists. Be courteous, be safe, and most of all be AWARE!
