It escapes me why many of my fellow driving professionals don’t have a sense of their own self worth. I realize that transporting much needed goods can be pretty thankless. This is why it is up to us whenever possible to inform others of the importance of what we do. Let people know that while that slept, we were moving on through the night to make sure that when they arose, and ventured to stores, they would find waiting for them the goods that they require.
Also, whenever we are served at places of business, don’t hesitate to fill out the surveys or comment cards provided. Speak to the manager if necessary. Remember that we cannot fix a problem if we are not aware that a problem exists.
