Health – Truck Stop Exercises

Easy way to get exercise daily at the truck stop:

  • Find a parking spotĀ  that is of considerable distance from the main entrance whenever possible. This will ensure a nice brisk walk to the building to get that blood flowing and that heart pumping.
  • Do fifty “jumping jacks” in the morning as well as the eveningĀ  to help in trimming that midsection.
