Food for your Health

I, as well as most of you like to get the most bang for my buck when it comes to eating. I’m not saying to avoid eating at buffets all together, but be selective in the foods that you consume.

Stay away from foods that are prepared in an unhealthy manner such as pot roast that “swims”in grease,or too many fried foods. Salads provide great roughage for the walls of your colon. Periodically we should drink a good detoxing mixture such as cucumber, lemon, mint leaves, and unfiltered vinegar, mixed in purified water.

All in all, it is up to us to see that we protect our most precious asset. Our health!
